QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a " Project Control and Proposal Chief " to one of our Business partners in industrial engineering solutions sector.
Desired Qualifications;
- University degree in Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in the heavy industry’s technical office or proposal department
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good management & communication skills and a team player
Responsibilities;
- Prepares and develops proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing services in response to requests from prospective clients.
- Coordinates and evaluates proposal input from a variety.
- Collaborates with sales & marketing, legal, and operation teams to ensure that content is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Analyses contract requirements and conditions.
- Makes site visits, when necessary.
- Prepares proposal documents due to RFQ’s, identifies the pre-bid agreements, when necessary.
- Gets final approval from management team before submitting the proposal.
- Responsible for preparing proposals within agreed timeframes to customers.
