| Senior Designers: Min. 6 years experience in development of projects for indicated areas, technical leadership, autonomy in development, team work, result orientation |
| Project Designers: Min. 3 years experience in development of projects for indicated areas, team work, result orientation |
| Junior Designers: Min.1 year experience in development of projects for indicated areas, team work, result orientation |
| - University degree in related fields (preferably Mechanical Engineering) |
| - CATIA V5 knowledge (including surface design) |
| - UNIGRAPHICS NX Knowledge (including surface design) |
| - CREO 4 knowledge (including surface design) |
| - Teamcenter or ENOVIA knowledge (is a plus) |
| - Experience in the design of plastic or metal components |
| - Experience of development on following systems; |
| Body: upper body and /or underbody, closures |
| Exterior trims |
| Interior trims (hard and soft trim) |
| Instrument Panel & Centre Console |
| Cross Car Beam |
| Seats |
| - Good communication skills in English or Italian |
| - Good knowledge on Microsoft Office package |
| - Able to adapt to dynamic business environment |
| - Open and willing to personal development and with positive approach |
| - Military service must be completed for male candidates |
