GENEL NİTELİKLER
The purpose of the position;
To design and develop mechatronic components of the vehicles in accordance with Stellantis Product Development requirements.
Specific responsibilities;
- This position will be responsible for the activities related to Mechatronic components for Stellantis NAFTA and EMEA global vehicle programs including JEEP, MASERATI, ALFA ROMEO brands programs and will work very closely with the Stellantis NAFTA and EMEA Global Teams.
- This position entails working with mechatronics suppliers to ensure corporate requirements and specifications as well as industry best practice design features and processes, implementation for manufacturing, assembly, reliability, etc.
- This position involves the evaluation, simulation and testing of supplier’s component design, to ensure the compatibility with the FCA requirement.
- This position plays a major role in the functional specification of mechatronics components in the source package and is involved actively during the development phase of the vehicle as a technical expert of the component.
- Additionally, this position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation outlining best practices supporting FCA internal continuous improvement initiatives and the development of product technology roadmaps.
Basic Qualifications & Experiences ;
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechatronics/Mechanical/ Automotive)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design/evaluation experience of Electronics components such as ECU for e- Shifter, Air Suspension Module, Electric Power Steering, etc.
- Working level knowledge of Electronic System Design
- Working level knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Technical understanding of virtual design tools CAD and CAE for function and performance modeling
- Basic understanding Teamcenter & NX (Unigraphics)

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, highly motivated and self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interface professionally with key customers, cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
- Understanding of system requirements and standards specific NA, EMEA and APAC markets.
