Role + Responsibilities
• Delivering field service support which includes commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of installed ADATECH solutions
• Professional preparation for projects such as purchase, documentation.
• Knowledge and use of support systems and processes to professionally manage, document and effectively close project requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales team
• Follow the quality and safety requirements while performing working tasks
Qualification + Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer, electrical, electronic or communication engineering
• Service experience in the process control industry or a related technical field is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and Javascript is a plus
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatics, electrical, PLC, SCADA, DCS is a plus
• Good communication and customer orientation skills
• Willingness to cooperate as part of a team
• Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
• Good spoken and written English is necessary
• Analytical and enjoy solving problems in a complex environment
• Flexibility in travel and suitable for flexible working hours
