QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Eliar Elektronik San A.Ş. was established in 1984 in Istanbul. Since its establishment, it has brought many devices, systems and software for sectors such as Textile Finishing, Glass, Insulation, Ceramics and Chemistry to the country's economy with its R&D studies and made significant contributions to the automation of industrial sectors. Starting from 1990's, Eliar had focused on the automation solutions for textile industry, and since then, Eliar is deep diving in the industry with the unique automation solutions it has developed, and as an export-oriented company, the main target is to verticalize in its target markets. With the developed mechatronic automation systems and textile dyeing machines control devices integrated into these systems, Eliar now offers a fully automatic control and recording of the entire dyeing process, from the dyeing machine level to the management information level, with the central monitoring, planning and reporting software it also has developed to the textile industry. Today, devices, software and systems designed by Eliar are used in Far East, Europe, Central and South America, South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and African countries as well as Turkey.
We are looking for project engineers in our dynamic organization, to take part in the marketing & sales department of our company, which performs international project-based automation systems sales in the textile industry. You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success and also you will be entering into an open working environment in which you can share your ideas and bring them to life.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English
- Customer, supplier, and sub-contractor management experience
- Self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy
- Open to innovation culture
- Systematic problem-solving behavior
- Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills
- Having sense of detail, assessing risks and able take initiative and responsibility
- Collaborate with different disciplines and departments
Job Description
- Realizing the technical configuration of the subject automation project by creating all the necessary technical details with the sales team while creating the customized projects of the customers.
- Understand the requests of the customer and their engineering team during the field visits and to suggest the appropriate solutions for them.
- After the sales team realizes the project agreement, taking over the project and handling it with all the technical aspects.
- Working in close contact with the sales, production, mechanical installation, and after-sales team and coordinating the necessary processes.
- The focus will be to coordinate technical project operations taking place in target markets where brand verticalization is desired.
- Representing the project internally and externally (also internationally). Information and communication within the project team and with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Maintenance of project documentation as well as surveying and provision of the knowledge acquired. Responsibility for risk and opportunities management
- Following up the execution steps (project configuration, approval, procurement, manufacturing, claims, variations, delivery, site activities, etc.) of projects and ensuring their execution as per project targets.
