QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Task requirements:

· Ensure the coordination of the new projects in progress and carry out the coordination process related to the project in coordination with the customer.

· 'Organize production and dispatch of prototype orders requested by the customer in each phase of the project.

· Prepare the cost calculation in company format for RFQ (offer) packages by its customer and share it with the sales department.

· 'Ensure that relevant references to the system (SAP) are created throughout the project period.

· Meet customers' special requests in series or existing projects.

· Manage, follow up, coordinate sales support and project issues, make improvement plans due to company KPIs and IATF 16949 system.

· 'Production, Quality, Customer service & Logistics, SHE and Procurement with the new projects to put into operation.

· Make reports to the manager about the issues related to the department.

Requirements for the position:

· Bachelor of Mechanical,Industrial or relevant Engineering degree,

· Min. 2 years of experience required,

· Experience in Automotive sector at project, business development,

· High command on project management, sales and customer relations,

· Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CAD programmes,

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

· SAP knowledge,

· Strong team work skills,

· Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,

· Analytical minded, result-oriented and open to change,

· Residency in Anatolian side of Istanbul.
