QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related discipline,
  • Basic skills in project management, process management, data analysis, statistics, EPPM tools,
  • Able to summarize, report and present organizational data,
  • Inter-personal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

Functional Objectives:

  • Act as PMO in projects,
  • Maintain project management process, methods and infrastructure,
  • Provide tools and techniques for effective project management,
  • Make sure that stakeholders have up-to-date, accurate information,
  • Support risk management activities,
  • Perform data collection and reporting,
  • Support portfolio management activities,
  • Track action items to closure,
  • Support quantitative management activities,
  • Establish reports of organizational data,
  • Establish forecasts and future projections on organizational level,
  • Support organizational resource management activities,
  • Support business development and proposal activities,
  • Identify and report organizational and project risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate establishment of project management environment,
  • Establish and maintain estimates, project tailoring, project WBS,
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule,
  • Determine necessary competencies for the project team,
  • Prepare project status/progress reports,
  • Define project specific measures and ensure data collection,
  • Collect actual project progress data,
  • Manage EPPM Tool,
  • Coordinate development of lessons learned,
  • Perform peer review of artifacts,
  • Coordinate and manage government supports,
  • Manage suppliers,
  • Monitor and manage project procurement, recruitment and training,
  • Coordinate joint reviews with customer,
  • Participate/ and manage proposal preparation activities,
  • Communicate with customer,
  • Participate in business development activities,
  • Execute project management plan and conduct project reviews,
  • Create and manage project corrective actions,
  • Manage contract requirements and ensure their fulfillment,
  • Monitor execution of project plans,
  • Identify and manage project risks,
  • Establish and Manage project budget,
  • Plan project management activities,
  • Plan and manage project stakeholders commitments,
  • Develop project charter.
