Manage Customer Projects to meet the 3 main objectives:
1) Customer satisfaction and project profitability
2) Successful execution of the project by meeting scope, specification compliance and schedule.
3) Efficient control and monitor of the project including appropriate risk management
Organize the project, monitor the process, assess and manage the risks, identify and implement corrective actions. Manage relationships with Sales, customers, and suppliers.
Coordination with customers for drawing clearance and final product inspection. Manage customer visits.
Keep special focus for service level and minimize LD impact.
Ensure all processes which will guarantee the quality of the product are defined, implemented, respected, and followed.
Identify & implement productivity ideas thru QVE and improve margin during project execution.
Support and participate in root cause analysis on all customer issues, process issues, and part issues
