How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - Production who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate.
- Taking part in planned maintenance and improvement processes of molds used in sheet metal automation production process,
- Sparing parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying,
- Being technical drawing an reading skills,
- Opening to improvement in machining methods,
- Creating weekly and monthly reports for the manager,
- Consolidating and planning maintenance and production lines modification activities for factory closure (revision) periods, Working with Production Engineering Department for the investment projects,
- Providing technical support during manufacturing to meet cost, delivery, and quality expectations,
- Performing and leading TPM activities to improve the overall equipment efficiency,
- Being ability to visualize complex 3-dimensional geometry and motion,
- Controlling all the steps of the product before it comes to the customer in line with the specified instructions,
- Evaluating the audit findings and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented within the department,
- Increasing product quality and solving quality problems,
- Preparing quality plans for on-site control of finished products and semi-finished products at process quality control points,
- Participating in daily production meetings, to evaluate the failures detected in the Audit laboratory and assembly lines, to share with the team, to plan their activities.
