- Having experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques,

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
- Preferably knowledge of AutoCAD, Embedded Programming, C, Phyton,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?
Arçelik is looking for an Industrial Engineer who will join our team at Dishwasher Plant.
- Being responsible for assembly line production targets fulfillment such as production quantity, quality indicators, and scrap ratios,
- Being responsible for the implementation of new products or production system projects in the assembly line,
- Defining and solving production and quality problems in the short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
- Planning the optimum utilization of company all labor sources,
- Following and analyzing facility capacity, workstation operations, and ergonomics,
- Developing ideas and leading creative production and material handling related projects,
- Optimizing process and material flow and making workplace organization and workflows arrangements,
- Supporting optimization projects, using simulation software,
- Preparing advanced reports.
