QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably, having experience in lean production and MTM methodology,
• Experience in project management,
• Knowledge of MTM analysis (Methods-Time-Measurement) also Lean Manufacturing,
• Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - Production Engineering who will join our Production&Supplier Development Tribe Tech team at WAT Motor Company. 

• Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs,
• Experienced in bottleneck and line balancing analysis,
• Using MTM methodology for the optimum workforce to be used for production,
• Adapting of operations to production tempo,
• Defining standard worker amount according to tempo and processes,
• Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands,
• Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
• Adopting new production technologies to operations.
