QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering or in related fields (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Having experience in the household or similar electrical appliances is a plus,
• Having experience in Lighting Systems is a plus,
• Knowledge of basic power calculations of simple electronics devices (Resistors, LED's, Diodes),
• General knowledge of semiconductors like LEDs, diodes,
• No restriction for traveling,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.

The position is located in Beylikduzu.

How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate R&D Project Engineer who will join us at the Electronics Directorate.

• Being responsible for designs of LCD backlights,
• Preparing prototypes of LCD TV panels,
• Evaluating the design via laboratory labor,
• Ensuring projects goals, cost, quality, and project schedule,
• Following the whole backlight project up to the mass production,
• Analyzing any backlight related problem in any stage of the project and defining relevant solutions to it,
• Improving Design and Laboratory Evaluation process,
• Working actively in support of field problems, using the emerged feedback for the next project's design improvement,
• Supporting Incoming Quality Department in backlight relevant component or material quality problem,
• Taking a role in quality improvement projects,
• Optimizing the design according to the mass production requirements,
• Maintaining the quality goals on mass production and after-sales,
• Coordinating all departments for pilot productions of the design
• Following the backlight component procurements during all stages of a project.
