QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent,
- Master’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering is a plus,
- Having an interest in learning RF methods and techniques that enable cutting-edge designs,
- Familiarity with at least one 3-D full-wave electromagnetic simulation software package such as HFSS, CST,
- Knowledge of impedance matching, Smith chart, distributed circuit analysis,
- Knowledge about antenna measurement techniques, RF instrumentation,
- Self-driven approach and problem-solving skills, analytical skills towards making decisions in antenna design,
- Evaluating and characterizing prototypes of antennas and RF components,

Hands-on working experience in antenna design and tests, anechoic chambers, RF test equipment, and antenna production for wireless consumer products,

Supporting modeling and simulation tools for phased array antennas to provide system estimates for cascaded system noise temperature, phase noise, phased array scan performance, etc.

Experience with Altium Designer for schematic and layout of RF circuit card assemblies,

Experience in one or more of the following: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, GPS, or similar wireless Technologies,

Knowledge of digital signal processing such as MIMO signal processing,

- Designing and verifying RF Antennas for Arçelik IoT Products,
- Designing reliable, efficient and well-documented antenna designs,
- Managing individual deadlines and deliverables,
- Working with internal and external partners.
