QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor degree student in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Engineering,
- Strong knowledge of C, C++ programming languages,
- Having experience in control & software design,
- Having experience in ANsys MATLAB /Simulink tools is a plus,
- Willing to make research about new generations of microcontrollers,
- General knowledge of periphery disciplines (electronics, electromagnetics, power electronics),
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D (Embedded Software) who will join us at the R&D Directorate.
- Being responsible for research and development of embedded software for motor control applications. Specific activities will include the design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products,
- Improving and maintaining field-oriented motor control algorithms and embedded software for Durable Goods and Industrial products globally,
- Improving Motor Design knowledge for industrial applications,
- Developing motor design/motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects,
- Working actively with SW/HW experts to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem-level attribute targets,
- Designing new motor control algorithms and motor models,
- Scouting for new technologies about motor design, embedded software, and motor control.
