QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Graduated or 4th grade in Mechanical Engineering,
- Knowledge of engineering plastics and metals,
- Having experience or understanding of plastic & metal part production techniques,
- Ability to not only design parts but design hardware with an assembly in mind approach,
- Familiarity with cooling systems and components,
- Familiarity with FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem-solving methodologies, and tools,
- Self-motivated and a capability for working to a high level of detail and accuracy, with a working knowledge of modern structural system designs,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D (Existing Products) who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Working on Metal/Plastic/Thermoform part design,
- Working on reverse engineering for structural - Plastic/Metal/Thermoform parts of refrigerator parts,
- Working for material cost improvement projects,
- Working on quality improvement projects by using a design approach.
