QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering
• Candidate master’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, and the other new methods of production class.
• Having knowledge in additive manufacturing and/or their materials and processes
• Having knowledge in traditional and advanced manufacturing technics
• Preferably working ability in Agile Management Philosophy and Scrum Technics
• Developing project management, system analysis tools, and capturing best practices/lessons learned
• Anticipate development and creation issues, suggesting alternative manufacturing methods
• Ability to operate CAD software in a reviewer & designer mode for model interrogation
• Innovator; curious by nature, passionate about product and innovation that is new and better; creative problem solver; looks to future; is inventive by nature with engineering acumen
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people and being able to work well with different competencies and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong team player: successful collaborator, keeps partners up to date and takes responsibility for forwarding movement of projects.
• Challenging with a rapidly changing industrial environment, emerging new technologies
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus)
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

How will you foster the change?

 

We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D (Prototyping) who will join us at the Central R&D Directorate. 

• Managing and leading innovative manufacturing technologies and tracking last developments, gathering leading-edge technologies into our prototyping facilities, and making technological roadmap evaluations and jobs related to additive manufacturing and other new part manufacturing technics with the collaboration of internal and external partners
• Leading and participating in R&D projects for improving and developing new technologies and products especially related prototyping areas
• Presenting and sharing useful information, knowledge, and methods across departments and functions
• Collaborating with external suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure project success. (multiple engineering disciplines, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, IT)
• Preparing presentations, making data analysis & reporting on MS Office software, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
