University degree (computer science, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering etc.) and specialized training related to the position,
Fluent English is required to interact with Sector/Regional teams,
Experience with tools like Microsoft Office 365,
Detail oriented, very organised, very good in planning and adaptable to different projects/teams,
Must have strong analytical abilities, negotiation and presentation skills,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Good knowledge of product development life cycle,
Experinece in payroll process is preferable,
Be able to communicate technical subjects to business stakeholders,
Goog learning skills as new methodologies, processes and tools will be required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Min 2-3 years experience on ERP business processes(expecially finance,payroll etc),
Preferably experienced in business intelligence,
Solves problems requiring the analysis of information by applying logical reasoning to identify issues, generate solutions, and define a course of action in a timely manner,
Performing detailed analysis when necessary and documentation regarding the functional requirements,
Monitoring status of all documentation,
Operating/executing if there is special task(s) in the project for follow-up activities,
Assisting the technical team during implementation phase,
Creation of test cases,
Perform functional testing with users to ensure that the application meets the requirements,
Assisting users during user acceptance phase,
Post-production support and problem handling,
Assist project manager and delivery lead for project related activities,
