General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, MIS or Management
  • At least 3 years of experience within IT and Project Management area
  • Good knowledge of both written and spoken of English
  • Experience in agile practices and having knowledge of software development processes are plus
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach
  • Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective
  • Open to feedback
  • Adaptable to change quickly

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects that ensure consistency with company standards, strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Obtaining resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third parties/vendors to deliver projects according to a plan
  • Creating and executing project, work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget
  • Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Providing project progress reports and to executives
  • Acting as a coach and subject matter expert in all project management matters
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approaches where they are necessary
  • Managing large and diverse project teams
  • Use and continuous improvement of leadership skills
