JOB DESCRIPTION
· Define and drive "rightsized" project management processes (especially, supporting quality assurance).
· Define & Track project plan and metrics (for example, schedule variances and customer satisfaction) to drive improvement.
· Supports the Project Management Office in dealings with clients regarding Project Quality matters and Contract quality requirements
· Plans and allocates Quality functions to the various areas of the project and Coordinates the activities of project quality.
· Prepares Project Quality Plans, Project Quality Control Plans and Project Quality procedures to ensure compliance with project management standards.
· Supports the Project Management Office in the preparation of Project Managements procedures (Project Execution plans, Interface Coordination procedures, etc)
· Monitors the Project Document Management and Document Quality/Control activities.
· Perform Quality Induction activities within the various areas of the Project.
· Identify necessary management structures for projects, and secure the management involvement required.
· Oversee and control any external resources contracted to the project.
· Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
· Drive proper project chartering and setup.
· Maintain strategic alignment of projects by analyzing charters and reviewing with management decision makers.
· Forecast internal resource capacity by tracking the progress of projects across the portfolio.
· Perform team management of project members, driving motivation, collaboration and performance.
· Track project milestones and deliverables.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
· Estimate project costs and manage the budget (includes related scope control).
· Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
· Ensure Project procurements are aligned with company procurement processes.
· Vendor & Contract Management for Projects under their responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferably in Engineering or Business,
· Strong track record in completing projects and producing results,
· Strong project management and team leadership skills are required,
· Self-starter and proactive contributor to team,
· Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills,
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Advance in MS Office applications
