PROJECT MANAGER
We’re looking for Project Manager in Digital Services Department who will be responsible for the success of the projects in his/her portfolio. The project manager plans, executes, and submits deliverables on time, in budget, and within scope of Project. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the project manager tracks project status and conducts project teams to achieve the Project goals.
More Specifically, You Will;
- Manage project scope, including project deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations, to pre-defined project financials and timeline.
- Develop a project plan and manage project execution to efficiently realize project plan and satisfied customers requirements
- Define and manage all project activities, including, task management, priority setting, business and project requirements, documentation, identifying interdependencies, risk definition and mitigation, issue tracking and quality management
- Proactively managing changes in project scope and timeline
- Follow up the project budget and reporting financials periodically
- Define and tracking project milestones and deliverables and communicating with related parties
- Create reports showing that the status of project, share with all project stakeholders when needed
- Review and produce dashboards to ensure project progresses on schedule and within a budget
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts among related parties
- Responsible for more than one project simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, internal and external customers and domain experts
- Facilitating the communication and collaboration with project stakeholders and team members to define and deliver solutions
- Collaborating with the product owner to clarify objectives, scope, project benefits and expectations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Software or Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or related fields
- At least 4 years experience as a project management responsibilities or related experience.
- Experience using project tracking tools
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of agile software development life cycle
- Strong track record of delivery regarding software projects
- Innovative approach to problem-solving
- Technical point of view on overall technology/integration structure to communicate with tech teams
- Experience in H2020 and/or TÜBİTAK R&D projects is a plus
