What You’ll Achieve
As a Project Manager, you will supervise projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating a team and interdepartmental activities so the product or project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Competency Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline,
- 5+ years of project, and/or process management experience, with the ability to successfully deliver on time and budget,
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Effective communication and presentation skills,
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills,
- Team player, with strong planning and follow-up and organizational skills,
- Have an analytical and proactive approach,
- Result & solution oriented,
- Knowledge of associated electronic security services and solutions,
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies,
- Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
Job description:
- Work with sales team to deliver integrated security solutions in a fast-paced environment,
- Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases,
- Coordinate and provide direction to the team during the project for both overall delivery and daily management of activities,
- Establishes a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the project life cycle and create an environment to support it where the project team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing these risks,
- Manages resources, partners, and/or customer resources and materials (equipment, supplies, stock, or consumable/perishable items) used to complete tasks in a project,
- Collects, reviews, and publishes project status reports for resources, schedule, stakeholder management, and features that influence project performance and completion,
- Take ownership of quality assurance, ensuring the project is delivered to scope,
- Build strong, dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales and delivery personnel,
- Articulate the full value of Security Solutions and Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities.
