QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· University degree in engineering or related field

· Minimum 5 years of similar experience at automotive or related industry,

· Fluency in both written and spoken in English

· Have strong PC skill to use MS Office Programs ( MS Project is a plus)

· IATF 16949 and quality tools like APQP, FMEA,MSA, SPC knowledge is a must

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Project Manager for our production site located in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. Our company is a subcontracting company serving mainly to automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and white goods markets.

*This role will be responsible for leading projects from customer nomination till PPAP approval.

· Update and distribute the project action plan in line with the frequency required by the project milestones

· Lead and steer the project review, and ensure the action plan is correctly implemented to guarantee the deliverables in time, and alert the Department Heads and/or the Departments concerned in case of problems or delays

· With the project team, anticipate the risks associated with the project (technical, economic, deadline-related, or quality-related), and obtain the support of services and departments if project execution does not go according to plan, and to reinforce the associated action plans

· Manage the modifications requested by the customer or by an internal service, and propose technical- commercial changes, in order to improve project margins

· Follow-up of cost realization of project and report to Management.
