QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for new teammates for our team in the software industry within the Netherlands-based FIT Global / Project Manager

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in IT and Project Management area.
- Able to work in a very dynamic workplace.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes.
- Managing a project in the Automotive and/or Heavy Equipment industry is a plus
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- Good communication skills, problem solving, taking initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Good command of English is required
- No military obligation for male candidates
Responsibilities:
- Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk, target, cost, assessment and resources.
- Main responsible and decision taker for related projects
- Project Resource Management and Identify Resources
- Project Coordination
- Project communication with all stakeholders
- Attend project meetings
- Control and approve meeting minutes
- Performance tracking of Project Team members
- Assist in recruitment activities
- Track and Report project metrics to upper management
- Read and present Project status reports to upper management
- Ensure compliance of projects with corporate standards
- Manage Customer satisfaction
