About You
· Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills,
· Strong planning and organizational skills,
· Strong management and communication skills,
· Have strong analytical thinking,
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
· Strong documentation skills,
· Knowledge of software development process.
Qualifications
· B.Sc. degree in Computer/ Mathematical Engineering or in a related area,
· More than 2 years of software project management experience,
· Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (PMP or PSM is a big plus),
· Leading the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices and remove impediments,
· Experience in RDBMS (SQLServer, PostgreSQL etc.),
· Experience in Confluence,
· Experience in project management tools (Jira , Ms Project , etc.).
Responsibilities
· Developing project plans including timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and finalize software projects according to deadlines and within the scope,
· Working with product owner, business units and development team for defining the scope , purpose and the objectives of the project by considering the technical requirements,
· Effectively communicating project expectations, project progress to team members
· Identifying project risk and planning risk response strategy,
· Manage the change requests by considering project scope, resource and timeline.
