QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 2005, Kafein Technology has been providing to the technology software and management needs of national and global customers in telecom, banking, technology, tourism, services, insurance, and retail sectors for more than ten years. In addition to turn-key solutions tailored to customer needs, Kafein Technology develops software in the field of IoT, big data analysis, security, and mobile applications, and continuously work on R&D projects with its global partners and institutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline.
• 8+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes.
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and standards (preferably PMP, Scrum)
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.
• Proactive on assignments/projects and self-reliant identification of required activities.
• Flexible, creative and result oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a single point of contact to maintain effective relationships with clients to enable successful delivery of services and solutions.
• Managing projects in accordance with Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices and remove impediments helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Following the change requests raised by internal/external stakeholders.
• Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day progress of project(s) and scope.
• Taking the end to end delivery responsibility of assigned projects/tasks.
• Following the resources within the project.
• Work closely with the analist or technical team during the projects, and follow up the project status and milestones during the projects.
• Monitor and report project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and solutions.
• Prepare reports to top management and providing insights regarding potential risks, opportunities, and other aspects projects/investments.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, project schedule and ensure all documentations are completed and up-to-date.
