Toksan Otomotiv which operating in Bursa location and we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the project team.
Required Qualifications:
· BSc. Engineering Departments of a reputable university
· 8~12 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably prior experience in a management positions
· Strongly preferred to have experience in sheet metal processing technologies (stamping, welding, etc)
· Excellent command of English (German knowledge would be a strong plus)
· Preferably project management experience with German OEMs (VW Group & Daimler)
· Good knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA processes
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and manage relationships
· Effective communication and presentation skills
· Team player, flexible, and high energy
· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· No travel restriction (national & international)
· No military obligation
· Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
Role Definition:
· Management of a team of 4~6 engineers
· Development of scope, strategy, risk, resource, and budget planning for new projects
· Development and management of project schedules in accordance with customer master schedules
· Tracking and ensuring that product development is performed by R&D division as per project schedule
· Tracking and ensuring that project quality and validation planning is done properly by relevant divisions
· Conducting manufacturing feasibility studies in cooperation with relevant technical divisons and suppliers
· Development of RFQ packages and specifications for die & equipment supplier selection
· Management of die and equipment suppliers from kickoff till final buyoff in line with company standards
· Ensuring that sub-component suppliers complete their project preparations and get PPAP approvals on time in cooperation with Purchasing Division.
· Ensuring readiness of off-tool and off-process samples are prepared on time and at targeted quality
· Ensuring that production processes are validated on time to pass internal & customer audits
· Ensuring that provisional & final part approvals received from the customers on time
· Ensuring that communication with customer is effective and satisfactory
· Regular reporting of Project Status and Division KPIs to upper management
· Regular reporting of Project Status to customers as per their requirements
· Ensuring that Engineering Changes are managed correctly
· Ensuring that lessons learned are recorded systematically and effectively applied in new projects
· Make sure that SAP "PS & MM Module" inputs are created by project divison on time and correctly
· Preparation, management, and regular reporting of Project Budgets
· Supporting business development activities by leading preparation of technical presentations to customer in coopretion with relevant technical divisons
· Continuous development of department’s business processes and contibution to development of technical standards
· Supporting team members for their individual development and motivating them towards objectives
· Taking part in projects that are planned to support strategic objectives of the company
· Working location is Toksan Bursa Plant, but possibly also take responsibility of projects in other Küçükoğlu Holding plants (Turkey & Slovenia) depending of workload balancing and distribution
