ROBO is the leading technology company provides solutions for industrial automation systems, special machine production, engineering solutions and robotic production lines particularly for Automotive sector and other various sectors.

We are looking for a “Project Manager (TOGG BIW Project)”who are passionate about the join our unique team and the automation industry.

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for leading & performing End-to-End project management activities from concept development throughout project completion in large scale Automotive Robotic Production Line projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute assigned projects with all aspects of project management (targets, deadlines, resources, budget, etc.)
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customer representatives in all functional areas, including design & engineering and operations
• Lead croos functional project teams
• Gather, prioritize and analyze customer requirements
• Involve and actively contribute for the preparation of bids and quotes for delivery orders, purchase orders and contracts.
• Establish and monitor project execution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing for each phase of the project
• Follow-up progress of projects and report to the management
• Prepare a preliminary action plan by considering project implementation risks and manage risky issues
• Ensures teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness of projects
• Establish regular coordination meetings with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and promptly address conflicts
• Manage and maintain record keeping of engineering schedules and file documents for all projects
• Follow company standards and customer requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min BSc degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from reputable universities
• Minimum 5 years relevant large-scale BIW Project Management experience in Automotive Industry
• Proficiency in using and applying engineering and project management methodologies, tools & techniques (PMP certificate is a plus)
• Strong up to date technology trend and industrial solutions knowledge, especially in Automative Industry,
• Excellent command of written and spoken of English
• Excellent MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking competencies
• Customer oriented
• Innovative, initiative and team player with strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills,
• Open minded & creative, focusing efficiency everything s/he do, embraces agility, flexibility and trust,
• Ability to work and accomplish goals with minimal direction,
• Availability for domestic and overseas travels
