We are looking for "Project & Product Improvement/Development Specialist " forR&D Department and our role requirements are as follow;

Summary

As a Project & Product Improvement/Development Specialist within the R&D organization, you will be responsible for managing, the projects, the development-improvement, and the implementation process for our products.

In this role, you will drive the day-to-day activities to meet the overall project objectives, product integration and ensure customer expectations are met enabling the product to market.

Key Qualifications

• Possess strong presentation skills
• Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision making
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Drive Cross Functional Team meetings
• Communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, dates, deadlines, and deliverables
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

Job Description

• Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects
• Create and maintain project timeline
• Collaborate and facilitate communication across Production manager, Quality manager, Marketing manager, and Our Business partners to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Lead cross-functional communication between project teams and external vendors
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
• Leading product improvement and cost down studies
