''WE are seeking a Project Specialist to reinforce our Global Technology Team.''
- Bachelor's or master degree preferably in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and other scientific departments,
- Minimum 1-2 years professional work experience,
- Preferably knowledge of project management methodologies,
- Agile and flexible to adapt to constantly changing priorities,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Strong organizational, planning and reporting skills,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
- No restriction to travel abroad.
Job Description
- Provide support to project leaders for project documentation in accordance with related procedures,
- Being responsible in preparing, submitting and project management of national (TUBITAK-TEYDEB, SSB) and EU Funding projects (H2020, EUROKA, EUROSTARS),
- Keep the project team informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables of national and EU funding projects,
- Preparation and submission of R&D Center Activity Report according to Law No.5746
- Coordination of TEYDEB audit organizations,
- Coordination of agreements with TÜBİTAK and other government agencies,
- Prepare project related presentations,
- Follow up of project budgets in coordination with related departments,
- Keep records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities,
- Follow up the existing R&D incentives, searching for other funding opportunities for R&D,
- Provide support to the project leaders for R&D related projects.
