Job Description
- Support the unit in the research of country of origin information (COI) and related reporting
- Support general management and functioning in the related unit
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
- Completion of undergraduate degree either in the field of social sciences, literature or economics and administrative sciences
- Academic-level research skills or reporting experience
- Proficient in English. Besides English proficient in Farsi or Arabic
- Planning and organising skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Solution-orientedness
- Analytical thinking skills
- Candidates who completed undergraduate degree in the field of economics and administrative sciences are required to have an advanced level of language and document their proficiency when necessary..
- Previous experience in researching and reporting in the field of asylum and having knowledge on research techniques will be an asset.
