- MINIMUM 5 years experience in Property-Casualty-Marine insurance related positions
- SEGEM Certificate holder
- COMPLETED or EXEMPT FROM mandatory military service (for male candidates)
- GOOD command of written and spoken English,
- COMPETENCY in Microsoft Office applications (esp. Word, Excel and Outlook),
- SKILLFUL at team work,
- STRONG managerial skills,
- EXCELLENT interpersonal and communication skills
