QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Business Unit in Kartal, we are searching for a Proposal Manager in E-House (Prefabricated Electrical Substation Solution) Business!
As a team member this person will be preparing complete e-House offers and cost analysis based on Siemens Guidelines!
What are my responsibilities?
Developing, designing and completing customer proposals in technical aspects,
Understanding the customer requirements, reading specs and technical documentation,
Completing technical analyses and supporting proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team,
Performing drawing of e-House layout according to clearance distances/specifications by information of Siemens and 3rd party equipment,
Calculating heat dissipation, DC consumption, clearance distances etc,
Preparing the sales calculation, commercial offer letter and technical offer package within solution business,
Evaluating the project risks and opportunities,
Coordinating of internal involved teams (MV&LV Proposal, engineering, PM etc. Teams),
Collecting and evaluating sub-supplier offers,
Performing the review of task plans, drawings and installation schematics,
Participating in continuous improvement activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical (Preferred) or Mechanical Engineering,
- Very good command of Turkish & English,
- Highly professional in MS Office Applications and Office 365,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal, project or site management, preferably in solution/turn key business,
- Knowledge on engineering drawings in various voltage levels such as SLD, GA, wiring diagrams, Installation Drawings, layout, integration and interface engineering etc,
- Knowledge on MV and LV switchgear, UPS and battery systems, variable speed drives, transformers, SCADA, HVAC, fire alarm systems etc,
- Engineering CAD knowledge is an asset,
- No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad.
