QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Bid Management Specialist you will work as part of the Sales Team. The role incorporates excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and a good eye for detail and accuracy.

Working as the Bid Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing the bid or proposal response document for new and existing client opportunities, managing the content library and required portals and capturing and updating required records/meeting notes as required and continuous improvement of the bid process.


Location: Istanbul (Asian side)


Main job responsibilities:

  • Develop complex calculations
  • Analyse customer RFP documents
  • Create and design customer solutions
  • Maintain database, track incoming bid requests and proposal responses
  • Manage internal approval
  • Prepare reports and presentations


Main requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry in a similar role
  • Bid administration/co-ordination experience
  • Expert in Excel and MS office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Organisation and administrative skills
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy
  • Analytical skills and willingness to work with umbers
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Open, team player, working with initiative
