- University degree in Food Engineering ( with 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred )

- B Class driving licence&active driving
- Able to stay in Kocaeli-Gebze or Istanbul ( Asia )
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Process Engineer coordinate and supervises the activities of production and packaging workers.
1. Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
2. Train and coach production line employees.
3. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
4. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
5. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
6. Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
7. Responsible to meet shift production goals.
8. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Take initiative to reject product out of specifications.
9. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
10. Communicate with Shift Supervisors and Production Manager.
11. Ensure a clean and safe work area.
12. Complete shift paper work.
13. Assist in production as necessary.
14. Other duties as assigned.
