QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Process development activities on optic and tactile measurement systems
- Cooperation with the central departments such as Competence Centers (CoC), Research Centers and IPN plants
- Coordination support for Measurement Technology Core Competency in plant
- Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines or new products.
- Creating measurement strategies
- Carrying out dimensional measurements of injector and injector sub-parts
- Managing of Fine Measurement Laboratory
- Providing technical advice about optic and tactile measurement to internal departments.
- Leading or participating Problem Solving activities in production
- Running / Supporting I4.0 Projects
Qualifications
- Engineering background preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years + working experience
- Experience on interpretation of technical drawings and metrology related ISO norms
- Fully conversant with ISO16949 ( ISO17025 is a plus)
- Experienced in problem solving methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Assertiveness & ability to negotiate & convince on management level
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish ( German is an asset)
