QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a 'Purchasing and Logistics Manager' with the following qualifications to be assigned in our Supply Chain department at the Silivri Location.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferably from Mechanical/Metallurgy or Industrial Engineering departments of universities
· At least 10 years of experience in purchasing departmant
· Good command of written and spoken English Good command of both verbal and written English
· Leadership and team management skills
· Customer focus and strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a team and have leadership qualities
· No restrictions on domestic and international travel
· The position is located in Silivri, İstanbul.
Job Description
· Managing domestic and internaitonal purchasing processes,
· Managing supplier selection / evaluation processes,
· Managing procurement contract / specification processes,
· Execution / development of relations with Suppliers,
· Material price analysis,
· Controlling stocks and managing order processes,
· Preparing reports on purchasing activities,
· Preparation of annual purchasing budget,
· Managing new supplier research processes,
· Measurement and reporting of supplier performances,
· Managing the purchasing and logistics team.
