GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering from reputable universities

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

· Proficient in MS Office applications, Knowledge on SAP is a plus,

· Good negotiation skill with internal cross-functional teams

· High standards of accuracy, proficiency at working with strict deadlines and under pressure, and ability to prioritize tasks

· Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges

· Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills

· Flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions

· For male candidates, military service must be completed

· Resides in Kocaeli area or Anatolian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Ensuring timely purchase to support CFN Kimya’s plant and Head Office

· Performing supplier evaluation and selection as per sourcing strategy

· Following up on progress and implementation of procurement

· Performing purchase price analysis, understand volume & technic specifications, and coordinating them with stakeholders such as planning, R&D, Quality, Production

· Preparing purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services

· Manage documentation and procurement order process on ERP systems

· Developing more sources for supplies and negotiate the price, ensure the delivery and that the quality meets company requirements

· Working proactively to improve, review and implement standard processes and procedures

· Analyze market conditions or trends

· Taking a lead role in team-building, company culture
