QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Planning and execution of preventive quality and release activities for external purchased parts for dedicated commodities worldwide (development projects and series support projects)
    • Evaluate and confirm supplier quality feasibility side before supplier awarding
    • Assure the compliance with the Bosch quality requirements at the supplier and their sub-supplier during the product development process and for the release
    • Lead and participate in discussions with worldwide suppliers for technical and quality topics
    • Represent Purchasing in Simultaneous Engineering Team meetings with the responsibility for preventive quality topics at suppliers
    • Execute process releases at suppliers and approve PPAP/ final releases of purchased components.
  • Strong cooperation with Project Management Purchasing
  • Lead resolution of component related quality problems before start of production
  • Represent and report preventive quality topics up to the international management team
  • Execution of Lessons Learned activities for continuous improvement



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, Production or Development
  • Knowledge in one or more manufacturing processes preferred, e.g. machining, stamping, injection molding, heat treatment etc.
  • Knowledge of quality tools, like P-FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D etc.
  • Ideally first experiences with SAP and IQS-tools
  • Highly motivated to work in an agile and complex Automotive environment
  • Analytical, systematical and solution oriented working style
  • Proactive and able to work independently, but also as part of a team
  • Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent in English and Turkish, German knowledge is an advantage.
