QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to work in our Purchasing Department at our production facility located in Ankara Başkent OSB or our Head Office in Istanbul.
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
- Able to use MS Office programs very well,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, coping skills,
- Ability to plan and organize, Strong in reporting and analysis,
- Positive communication skills, prone to teamwork, strong organizational skills and business follow-up,
- Having the ability to analyze and troubleshoot the problems that occur,
- Knowledge of ERP Program, preferably experienced in using SAP MM (Purchasing) module,
- Fluent in English,
- Knowledge of supplier relations and process management,
- Able to work alternately in Ankara and Istanbul locations,
- Those who live and can live in Ankara or Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure the management of the procurement process by optimizing the time, quality, price and continuity of direct and indirect purchases,
- To provide price reductions with suppliers through annual agreements in supply processes,
- To create purchasing strategies, to ensure that the budget is used and monitored correctly, and to ensure that the strategies created are used effectively in supplier studies,
- To carry out feasibility studies on purchasing according to demands and to report the results,
- To keep the approved supplier lists up-to-date,
- Researching new suppliers and executing alternative processes,
- Making price analysis, improving price structures and commercial conditions when necessary,
- To monitor the offer, order, contract and delivery processes and to report the process results regularly.
