QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluent in English; good communication and writing skills,

· Minimum 4 years of Import experience and having knowledge of foreign trade legislation,

· Experienced in Customs, Logistics and operation processes,

· Knowledge of import procedure and logistics (shipping),

· Solution oriented, practical thinking, open to development, prone to teamwork,

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To follow and manage import processes together with customs consultancy firms,

· To closely follow customs regulations, international trade conditions and requirements for imported products,

· To make the costing of the existing and new products imported, to follow the documents and files and to report regularly,

· Observing the performance of international suppliers and maintaining relations with customs agents and existing warehouses,

· Developing proactive approaches for the optimization of import processes,

· To carry out the import operation process in accordance with the delivery and payment method,

· To ensure the necessary communication and correspondence with the supplier companies.
