QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Purchasing Specialist” to join our Materials and Supply Chain Management Team.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position,
  • Bachelors Degree fromElectronics, Electronics Engineering, International Trading, Business Administration or related fields,
  • Advanced level of verbal and written skills in English, if at possible Chinese as a second language,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good negotiation skills,
  • MS-Office Applications and ERP experience,
  • Having an analytical mindset,
  • Result-oriented and ability to work with deadlines,
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and energetic personality,
  • Open to change and innovation,
  • No restriction travelling abroad,
  • No military service.

Job Description;

  • Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements,
  • Continual cost improvements by studying through existing and new suppliers,
  • To prepare internal and external correspondence regarding the purchasing field,
  • Work in coordination with the units and follow up the orders and ensure coordination,
  • Implementation of import transactions within the framework of current legislation,
  • Direct performance follow-up, management of suppliers, compare costs with,
  • Reach an agreement with suppliers periodically on backlogs, assets and liability statements.
