QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In our İstanbul-Maslak HQ, we are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications to be appointed as a Purchasing Specialist at the Purchase Department;


Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• Preferably with between 4 and 5 years working experience in purchasing operations,

• Good level in English,

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Preferably experienced in cement,

• Knowing analysis and reporting techniques,

• High Negotiation, Persuasion and Communication skills,

• Systematic and having high dynamic teamwork skills,

• For male candidates who have completed their military service.


Job Description

• Examining the approved purchase requests and purchasing according to the relevant contract,

• Preliminary evaluation of the offers collected from suppliers,

• Analyzing price, scope and delivery details on the basis of suppliers deemed appropriate and negotiating with suppliers,

• Creating purchase requests according to the details of the contract made with the suppliers,

• Archiving procurement information and documents and sharing them with relevant people.
