QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Purchasing Specialist to support our growing local and international business in Supply Chain Department.

  • University degree in related fields,University degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience,Minimum 5 years of experience,
  • Preferably have knowledge of import and customs legislation,
  • Able to work in a team, careful, meticulous, able to take initiative,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel,
  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP,
  • Highly persuasive and well-developed communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Very good knowledge of English (will use it actively).

Responsibilities

  • Being part of Procurement & SCM team,
  • To follow up the daily operational works,
  • Negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing with price lists, terms and conditions,
  • Organize the flow of information between the Sales/Technical/Production Departments and the Supply Chain,
  • Overseeing suppliers performance (on time delivery,quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues,
  • Responsible for preparing of KPI reports,
  • Taking part of Purchase Contract management,
  • Participating in Supplier development projects,
  • Eager to learn ,open for improvement.
