JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for aPurchasing Specialist. This role will be responsible for as below;

  • Responsible for all procurement activities of Corlu plant.
  • Following up and control all the procurement activities within procedures & policies
  • Manage and track transactions to cost control,
  • Being in charge of company’s budget optimization,
  • Control all procurement activities in terms of cost management, efficiency and customer satisfaction,
  • Planning and leading saving projects in line with company goals and strategies, revealing and optimizing saving needs in distribution/warehousing processes,
  • Leading all procurement projects related with IT system,
  • Establishing a performance based pricing strategy in all contracts in order to guarantee certain service level,
  • Handling benchmark studies, market research,
  • Defining, tracking and reporting all agreed KPI’s measuring operational efficiency and emphasizing operational risks,
  • Ensuring the execution of procurement activities in an efficient and timely manner ,
  • Ensuring that procurement operations are in line with company policy and quality standards
  • Keeping supplier relations in good terms,
  • Working together with planning & production.
