QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent and/or 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area,
  • Fluent English both written and spoken,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrative ability to multi-task, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable with conflict, and must be a self-starter,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Perform end to end indirect purchasing processes and follow up daily tasks within the operations for assigned categories
  • Negotiate supply agreements with vendors and make necessary analysis
  • Manage relationship with existing vendors, Identify potential ones and develop vendor portfolio for categories under responsibility
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop category based
  • Carry out regular analysis to monitor key indicators and report progress of purchasing activities related to the categories under management
  • Continuously seek improvement opportunities that will support higher operational excellence
