QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Manage all processes related to purchasing,
  • Prepare the order documents on time and send them to the supplier and track whether the shipments are made at the right time,
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders without disrupting production and other operations; inform if there is an order that is anticipated to be undeliverable,
  • Ensure that all shipping documents are complete and accurate,
  • Provide all documents to be obtained from abroad in a timely and complete manner during the permit processes to be obtained from official authorities for imported products,
  • Manage the changes reported by suppliers.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Having knowledge of import and customs regulations,
  • Good team player, with a positive attitude,
  • Having good communication skills and result-oriented,
  • Proficient in using MS Office and SAP programs,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
