We are looking for a Specialist to join our Purchasing Team.

Qualifications

· BS or MSc degree in related department,

· Good command of written and verbal English,

· Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing process,

· ERP knowledge would be an asset,

· Having knowledge about procurement process,

· Technical background regarding purchasing process,

· High negotiation, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills,

· Proficiency in MS-Office applications,

· No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad,

· No military obligation for male candidates.


Responsibilities

· Responsible for purchasing activities of materials and services,

· Create PO’s , forwarding relevant form to suppliers and receiving an approval from suppliers,

· Monitor lead-times, quantities, deliveries of PO’s,

· Ensuring a good communication between suppliers and departments in the procurement process,

· Preparing purchasing documents, contracts, keeping records and approvals received from supplier, submitting to relevant departments if necessary,

· Preparing relevant reports in weekly, monthly and annual basis,

· Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements if necessary,

· Taking actions on different in function or cross function projects assigned by his/her manager.
