JOB DESCRIPTION
- Constructing quality management plans of the company and developing them periodically according to needs, technologies, and projects
- Preparing documents of quality evaluations following quality system management standards
- Developing quality program metrics to evaluate the project’s performance
- Providing leadership to the quality team, and interface at the highest level between design, construction, and facility operations leadership as well as the general contractor
- Quality controls at site and workshops with the necessary knowledge for welding, measuring, material types and conditions, etc. Audit QA/QC activities of staff and subcontractors as often and as necessary to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures
- Preparation of certificate documentation for the shipment ready products
- Providing training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process
- Recording and reporting information regarding customer complaints and quality problems and taking necessary actions to solve the issues
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent departments of the reputable universities
- At least five years of work experience (preferably in the cement industry) in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) programs for construction sites and workshops
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Knowledge of CAD programs (AutoCAD)
- Experience leading QA/QC and Cx programs.
- Knowledge for common standards like ISO 9001, TS EN, Eurocodes, DIN, ANSI etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (advanced level)
- Having a driver's license and no restriction for driving
- No restrictions for domestic and international travel
- The candidate who is/will be residing in Istanbul
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- To have completed military service for male candidates
