Develop and Deliver: Automated testing solutions by understanding business needs, defining test scenarios, building test scripts using tools/frameworks and comprehensive understanding of software development life cycle/Agile methodologies. Test applications across a range of technologies including web, desktop, installers, batch processing, REST services. Be a team player, be innovative, be an effective communicator.

Job Description Main Responsibilities / Accountability:

• Leads software test automation activities in the team

• Automates existing test cases mostly for desktop\CLI tools (+ API, Web)

• Performs full cycle of testing on the project (understands requirements, creates test cases, automates test cases, offers improvements)

• Partially involved in manual testing

• Contributes into all required technical documentation / manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability

• Is proactive, offers technical solutions, provides technical support to the development teams focusing on automated testing

• Can work without guidance and supervision

• Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work

• Provides status updates for own scope of work within the project, participates in internal team and status meetings

• Uses disciplined software development processes, adhering to team/company standards and software best practice guidelines, and corporate policies

Key Relationships:

• Working alongside developers, QA engineers, architects, and product managers in remote locations on the analysis, design, and delivery of new features

• Partner with other software engineers to assist in quality automation

Essential Skills/Experience Required:

• Must have production 3-5 years’experience of automating test cases in .NET, relevant .NET/ C# knowledge and experience

• Must have experience in testing desktop, client-server applications, APIs

• Must be able to understand business requirements, test cases

• Must have experience in creating test cases

• Must be able to report his status on daily meetings with foreign team members in English

• Nice to have leadership skills and experience to drive automation processes on the project

• Should be a quick learner, adaptable and able to work productively with others
