QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Quality & Production Engineer (Textile-Outerwear)
THE POSITION:
Report to Quality and Production Manager.
Responsible for Textile-Outwear category.
Perform pre-audits, technical audits as well as following-up social compliance validity and other quality standards.
Fully responsible for implementing quality procedures in factories and check with regular visits
Plan regular product inspections, organize inspection dates, and make suppliers link with third party inspectors.
Analyze the risks, check on safety, security tests, and production capacity.
Control production period and maintain strong communication with suppliers to follow-up on production plans.
Using a quality management system,review quality reports daily and work closely with commercial/supply chain counterparts to support technical solutions.
Monitor the service level of inspection companies and train inspectors and suppliers on updates.
Understand test requirements, be familiar with quality manuals, and propose solutions to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain a clear communication between Quality and Commercial teams and suppliers to ensure shipment quality and deliveries.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Bachelor Degree in Product Engineering, Textile Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant QA/QC experience in Textiles.
Analytical, detailed, and have priority sense.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability of problem-solving and time management skills as well as thinking 360
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a team.
Able to travel frequently to factories to check production,critical path and compliance
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (upper-intermediate)
